How long does it take for the order to arrive?

All items are personalized and made-to-order. This means our products are designed, produced, and printed on demand specifically for you, one at a time, ensuring the best quality!

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, according to Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

1. Processing & Production Time:

Most orders are processed and produced within 1 to 3 business days. This includes design, printing, packaging, quality checks, and more.

2. Shipping Time:

United States $5.99 for orders under $99 and $2 additional per item.
Free shipping for orders over $99.
Estimated shipping time (Including production and shipping time): 10-12 Business Days.

*International shipping fees:

International $9.99 and $3 additional per item.
Estimated shipping time (Including production and shipping time): 15-22 Business Days.

We understand your concerns when shopping online. We monitor every order and provide comprehensive information to customers through regular email updates.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be automatically sent to you for monitoring the shipping process. Please check your email associated with your order. If you cannot find your tracking code, please CONTACT US.

Why isn’t tracking data showing for your tracking code? The tracking code may take up to 7 days for orders within the US (and up to 10 days for orders in other countries) after processing for the tracking data to be displayed.

RETURNED TO SENDER – WRONG ADDRESS:

Orders will be marked as “returned to sender” due to incorrect addresses. The sender will incur cancellation or customs duties and other shipping fees once we confirm sending it back to our manufacturer.

You are protected by our Buyer Protection Program: If you don’t receive the product within 35 days from the purchase date (which is very rare), we will refund you 100%, no questions asked!

Please avoid initiating disputes or issuing chargebacks before contacting our support team, as this will only prolong the process.
